Matt
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Matt is a software engineer with 15+ years of deep experience in SaaS, cloud architecture, embedded systems (IoT platforms), event-driven systems, multi-vertical platforms and scalable infrastructure.
Matt has worked extensively in the nautical and aerospace sectors - programming satellite communication software. He has advanced the technology systems for governments and private companies, including creative media outlets (SiriusXM Radio) and the financial markets (Dow Jones). Moreover, he has developed platforms for manufacturing facilities, warehouses and transport companies. Matt has also spearheaded the creation of cutting-edge AI/VR ecosystems for Big Tech companies.
Tyler
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Tyler is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, holding several degrees across multiple disciplines. He is a successful entrepreneur, having scaled a series of fintechs - attracting private equity investment. He has led teams in implementing technology systems (software, hardware, and electrical-mechanical) within a variety of companies across various industries, including finance, real estate, manufacturing, construction, transportation, mining and aggregates.
Tyler brings a multidisciplinary approach to each project and he's passionate about technology and marketing, with a keen interest in emerging trends utilizing agentic AI in multi-segment marketing strategy.
Derek
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Derek holds a mechanical engineering degree, as well as an MBA. He has 15+ years experience working across several industries including construction, transport and logistics. He has overseen multiple tech advancement initiatives, including supply chain optimization for the industries largest players. He has expertise in strategic technology road mapping, program and project management, financial management, combined with a strong foundation in data analytics and stakeholder engagement.
Derek is skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments and securing C-suite buy-in, to achieve efficiency gains and market advancements. He is also co-founder of an innovative green energy company.
